Danny while I love the entertainment I do have to offer you a piece of advice. When you put too much power on sand you spin the knobby tyres which act as diggers. The faster it spins with no traction the deeper you dig yourself. Sometimes, a light touch is what's needed! Not gunning it!

Yes knoblies great for mud and dirt but not suited to sand. Sand you’re better off with a road tyre at low pressure.

Buy a set of 4wd recovery tracks (maxtrax) and cut them down to bolt on the panniers with quick release latches like the shovel for when you are stuck on the soft sand to allow some momentum on take off 👏🏻👌🏻
