Thanks so much for this vedio.And I also would like to know, this excersise can do twice daily when before embryo?
@fertilebodyyoga3702 Жыл бұрын
I think once a day is enough! If during your monitoring your lining isn’t thickening as much as they’d like, you could add a little more. It is also important to not over do or push the body too hard! It’s a balance of both the movement and relaxation to keep stress low as well.

Hello, thank you for the video. Are the videos under the paid program are of the same quality?
@fertilebodyyoga3702 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your question! The FET Program that I offer includes 3 videos, 3 meditations, and 4 companion ebooks. I'm not sure if you mean quality of video/audio or quality of teaching...but yes - the sequences are different and broken down into phases (preparation, transfer, and post transfer). The quality of video and audio is a bit better as well!

Hello, I am happy to find your channel. I underwent an egg retrieval four days ago. Can I start this clip from now?
@kerryhinds96643 жыл бұрын
This class is specifically for the time after your menstruation up until transfer day. It would not be appropriate post retrieval as you are probably sore and still recovering from the hormones and ovaries are returning to their regular size. I'd recommend giving your body a bit of a rest - try the Fertility Flow for Anytime or the Pelvic Centered Warm up on this channel. The FET class is a little more vigorous and applies pressure to the uterus. Probably something you do not want to do right now. Thanks for your question and checking before jumping right in!

Also, do you have any videos or suggest doing any type of yoga during the 2 week wait after transfer to aid implantation?
@fertilebodyyoga37024 жыл бұрын
I have a 2 week wait video as well! Check it out. During the 2ww (after taking your rest days as your doctor suggests) gentle and slow movement through the pelvis is good. The energy can become stagnant if we spend too much time laying around on the couch! The blood gets dull and we want nice oxygenated blood coming in. No twisting or jumping or strenuous exercise, but walking and gentle slow flow yoga is great! The best thing you can do to aid implantation, in my opinion, are restorative poses. When you are in restorative poses (the relaxation response), the body is working at it's most optimal level - hormones, digestion, cardio-vascular etc. Our Western brains are always thinking we should 'add' something...but really we should strip it down so that the body can be as fertile as possible. Hope that helps...if you have more questions - let me know!

Today is the first day of my cycle and after ovulation will be my first frozen embryo transfer. Can I do other exercises on the days of the cycle before I start these exercises. Thank you in advance ❤️
@fertilebodyyoga37022 жыл бұрын
i would recommend this class for after you finish menstruating, and up until the transfer day. Then you could do the restorative yoga video I have on this channel for a couple of days (whatever your doctor recommends after transfer for taking it easy) and then you can the 2ww video. I also have a on-demand complete program for an FET with yoga, meditations, and companion guide! studio.fertilebodyyoga.com/product/16685/about

@fertilebodyyoga37022 жыл бұрын
@@zd7471 You can practice the 2ww class for menstruation! Or the restorative. Yoga considers the time of menstruation to me of cleansing and retreat - so gentle movement is fine, but the preparation for FET is a little too stimulating and would probably be uncomfortable. I hope that makes sense!
@suravibikash31564 жыл бұрын
Can these exercise are allowed to do after a month of egg retrival before the FET?
@fertilebodyyoga37024 жыл бұрын
Hi Suravi - great question. The goal of this practice is to put pressure on the uterus and then release that pressure to bring in oxygenated blood (to encourage a nice thick lining for the transfer) . If this area is tender still from your retrieval - then I would recommend my pelvis centered warm up video which is much gentler but still concentrates on the pelvic region. Always listen to your body first - if it feels wrong or causing discomfort - please stop! It's always good to refer to your doctor as well. Good luck! ~ Kerry

Can we do this slower than you because I’m going out of breath with that speed 😅
@fertilebodyyoga37022 жыл бұрын
Yes of course :) The idea is to bring gentle pressure and then release to bring in some nice oxygenated blood to the uterus. The speed is not important!

Really love this! Your instruction is clear, and the video is the just the right amount of time. :) Question - When you breathe in and out, are you breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth or in and out through the nose?
@fertilebodyyoga37024 жыл бұрын
So glad that you enjoyed the class and found it to be a good length. Classically in Yoga, one would breath in and out through the nose. However, if the breath is getting heavy with physical activity (like this class), taking some long exhales out the mouth is totally fine!

Hi thank you already in advance for sharing this.. I will soon having my Frozen embryo transfer. I would like to ask if I can already do this during my menstruation? Or better after? How many times can I do this before the day of the fronzen embryo transfer? Thank you in advance ❤️
@fertilebodyyoga37024 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your questions! All great ones. I would recommend waiting until after menstruation as during menses the body is in a different state - one of releasing and letting go. When preparing for a FET, we would like to encourage the body to bring lots of oxygenated blood to the uterus and reproductive organs to support a wonderful and receptive lining of the uterus. Starting after menstruation and leading up until the day of the FET, you could do this every other day! I also teach a livestream of Fertile Body Yoga on Thursday at 7pm EDT if you'd like to join! kerryhinds.com/fertile-body-yoga/ and click the button at the top of the page 'register for a fertile body yoga class'. It is such a wonderful community! All the best for your upcoming transfer ~ Kerry
