That's a great idea Richard. Less intense than short distance and with your running speed, you will be a great competitor.

If you read "the haywire heart": long distance endurance races also can cause afib, although the intensity is lower. Be careful! An ablation can be done a second time, but after that? Limit extra damage to the heart, is what my cardiologist says and reduce distance and intensity. That said, I hope it will work for you and the afib will stay away

Dang, It was just a matter of time, Congratz to ya'll. Ya'll should just concentrate on 70.3 and PTO distances, that's where the "DINERO" is. All the best.

Just a 70.3 for now hey - Cool place we going to

Mate all the best. As everyone here says: You’ll do very good at Ironman. (If you don’t lose your nutrition). Also look forward to how it’ll turn out. First look seemed like they put your elbows surprisingly far apart. But hey they’ll know what they’re doing.

hard to put the arms closer together . as pads don’t allow it . also i’m just starting out so will change it over time 👌

I think you may surprise yourself on the bike I mean youve had enough practice pulling back bunches after the swim with everyone hanging in your wheels. I think TT is your game the run will be academic after. I mean theres the small matter of that 28 min 10k

Why they dont use at least VO2master..cause the main point is to produce maximum watts with lowest energy consumption while being the most aerodynamic... so you may feel good and aero, but your physiology could be even worse..
