I made this for pals and we enjoyed it the beautiful Glasgow sun accompanied with a lemon shortbread crumb for added texture and taste. It was delicious. I particularly appreciated that he provided metric measurements. I usually don't use American recipes because I can't follow their old fashioned Imperial measurements, but this was great because he referenced both.

I skimmed off the bubbles after pouring them into my ramekins and of course I did a taste test. Incredible yet simple. I’m a plain gal so I’m skipping the strawberries but I was tempted to drink it hot! Thank you so much, I’m excited to try them fully set tomorrow. I also appreciated the tip on rehydrating the gelatin by sprinkling it on the surface of the water.

Panna cotta is one of those recipes with a fancy name and can look super impressive (when you pour into fancy glasses) that are actually quite simple and easy to make! Love your recipe! 😊

In Italy we have many recipes, many specialties, with elegant names and that on the table make a nice presence ! By the way “Panna Cotta” is not a random name, a fancy name, but translated literally means…. Cooked Cream (panna = cream, cotta = cooked). Ciao from Italy ! :) PS: It must be said that the names of Italian specialties, of the Italian cuisine, have their own meaning and are not fancy names.

I love you!! Your recipe was super simple, I went to your website and used the section where you can put how many people it serves because I wanted to use the liter of whipping cream I had in the freezer and it turned out super good, I had doubts about the amount of gelatin but the panna cotta came out firm and soft and delicious. Thank you so much

I found a recipe in a "holidays" library book once. I think they called it Bergamot Cream. But based on seeing this recipe, I would say it's probably a Panna Cotta. It calls for heating milk (or half and half) with Earl grey tea bags while blooming gelatin in heavy cream; about half of each. Then you remove the tea bags, and add the cream/gelatin to the hot milk, along with some sweetener. Cook till the gelatin is dissolved and pour into dishes similar to what you used. Chill and serve. 😋

I did this over the summer. But it was a coconut recipe. After I incorporated all of the ingredients. I put it in the fridge overnight. All of the gelatin set at the bottom. It was gross 🤢. I didn’t know I had to let the custard cool down before chilling it . I like how you added the heavy cream to the hot ingredients to cool it down. I’m going to definitely try this recipe. It looks amazing. How much time do you spend at the gym? You are in great shape for making all of these rich delicious recipes. Kid’s keep you busy I’m sure LOL. While I was writing the last comment, I heard something on the video that REALLY caught my interest: "rose water or orange blossom water." Well, I figured I knew just from listening to it while writing my last comment, but then I rewound (is that still an appropriate term?) the video, and yes, I found that that statement does indeed represent significant culinary refinement. Then, I thought back to the other vids from this presenter that I have watched....and, it hit me. This guy is really good at cooking, but he"s casual, relaxed, and friendly. Now ain't that just the bee's knees?
