You can't have a specific quantize/snapping for each pitch like in the Cubase drum editor ? This way you can set the snare at 1/8, HH at 1/16 and kick at 1/32, this make the process quicker.

Thank you. That was very well explained. Can you show us how to made now the mapping with the score standard notation ? So we can type standard music notation pattern inside studio one with my favorite drum library ?
@Adrian_11 ай бұрын
I'm not sure what you mean. You can write in a notation software like musescore, export the midi, and then import that into studio one. I hope that helps.

@@Adrian_ thanks Adrian. But I've found the answer to my question. Just after completing your tutorial, you can also change the look of the notes (inside Studio One) to suit the standard drum notation. You go to the treble clef section, and there you can modify the look of each notes : example the kick is written like a F note, etc. That's usefull to see your pattern (created in the drum editor) in the standard notation, who is easy to read for me.

Can you drop a single drum sample straight onto a midi track like in Ableton.
@xxspinzzxx Жыл бұрын
In ableton it defaults to simpler. I’m studio one u essentially have to decide if you want the sample to be in the drum machine or the sampler

@@Adrian_ and with Konctact or Impact, can we do drum rolls or not ???
@LCRLive687 Жыл бұрын
too bad this cannot be custom colored rows and even groups of the rows of drums grouping such as hat open more and closed variations.. that should be its own groups and the grid needs to have more visually intelligent layouts.
