Eddie Halls freak dna is probably not the highest freak dna possible though like if a neanderthal gave his family the strength genetics Eddie Hall happened say 100k years later do you really think Eddie Hall could out lift his grandfather from 100k years ago his grandfathers would have a lot more of that freak dna Eddies working with a 100k year old watered down version

i find it crazy how these strongmen recover so quickly from injuries. i had a very minor shoulder injury 3 months ago, and i'm still recovering from it. i'm only at about 80% of my previous strength levels right now, and feel like it's still gonna take a couple of months to get back to the groove. these top strongmen actually tear their muscles entirely and then hop back to training next week.

So for years I've been hearing "don't follow the advice of bodybuilders or strongmen if you're an an amateur blah blah blah" My gym progress had stagnated until I tried Eddie's advice. 6 reps, keep increasing the weight by 10% until you can't do 6 reps. Do this for compounds. Then isolation 3x10 with slow reps. Damn my strength increased dramatically in a short space of time. Thanks Eddie.
