The same thing happened to me with a similar seated overhead press rack. Getting it off the rack from that position destroys your bicep and not in a good way. I learned my lesson and now I take it from a near full extension at the top, similar idea to a bench press. Imagine starting a bench from the bottom of the rep. It would suck

His training methods are pretty typical of anybody who lifts heavy. If you want to lift big this is how you do it, no safe spaces kid, lifting is obviously not really for you so just focus on being fit.

All Eddie seemed to do was follow this 6 rep rule and see how he feels each day it worked for him but you're average Joe isn't going to get very strong following that basic way of progression
