I haven't seen my best friend of 10 years since March 2020 and the worst part is that we live in the same county. Technically, we could meet up but we had a massive row (I was upset with her because she hadn't responded to my messages for months, she was then upset with me because she was working 40 hour weeks BUT I didn't know that because she hadn't responded to my messages for months - and then it escalated to us arguing about unrelated things because we were both really tired) just before lockdown ended and now I am too anxious to talk to her. We have never argued before and, honestly, I don't know what to say because I still stand by my points from before (there is no reason couldn't have told me she was working so much more than usual - or messaged me back with "Too busy/tired to talk" - and just not left me lost and confused and hanging), but I know that she is stubborn and will hang by her points too. I miss her so so so much, but I just don't know what to do.

The green stripe I am 100% sure is not intentional: it comes from the green yarn being fed underneath the white for the leaves of the oranges (the "white" stripe is probably slightly orange because of the same reason) not a sign of good quality as this means 1) the white yarn is too sheer or 2) they didnt use a technique that is a bit more expensive to not have the green show.

I am also a size 10, I found that the size guide is pretty okay but there's a huge disparity in how different kinds of clothing fits. The shirts have been okay but the proportions on the pants are really weird. I got two different kinds of trousers and the crotch area is so weirdly baggy and the waist sits so weird that it never sits properly so id advise approaching the pants with caution

For the yellow plaid dress, the pattern was printed off grain(wonky/not straight up and down). When they cut the pattern pieces out, they worked very hard to make the pattern of the plaid match from side to side, so because the pattern was printed off grain, the pattern-matched cut pieces were CUT off grain making the entire dress wonky.

38:00 all you should need to do for that strawberry cardigan is steam that shark fin out (or iron, but steaming is better for delicate clothing). Its probably just sticking out like that because of how it was stored/folded. Unless you dont like the oversized fit, (or steaming doesnt work!) you shouldnt have to get it tailored :)

I’m not sure what you’ve done differently with your hair but it looks very nice and compliments your new cut and color well. My favorite outfit is the white skirt one with the colorful cardigan 😍

Quality doesn’t always mean the price will be higher. House of Sunny is more expensive because there’s other factors that go into it like where they manufacture their clothing, how much they pay the garment workers and suppliers and how ethical or sustainable their supply chain is. As well as you gotta pay everyone that designs those clothes while Cider is probably just ripping off the designs or making them similar :) people often think quality means the fabric is thicker but it’s not always about that, it’s the stitching and the yarn used as well as any buttons/accessories on it. Whether it’s produced on a certain loom, dyed in a certain way etc etc.

I appreciate you more then you no. Knowing that they curated a list of items that are clearly the best of what they sell and being able to see past the lies to help us make a educated decision, makes me happy. So thank you for doing that !
