These are by far the best meditations and kundalini yoga kriyas they bring me into balance when I’m triggered I deal with complex post traumatic stress disorder and tend to get emotions welling up and it’s wonderful to feel emotions however they can drain me and make me sick and be my worst enemy if they get out of control this dosnt suppress them it helps me work through them much more calmly thank you 🙏

Wow i've been struggling with chronic fatigue for over a year now, bit this felt so good!!! I was already worn out by today but now i feel like flowing again and not like a piece of shit going to bed. Thank you!

Sat nam beautiful being. Thank you for today's session. Was totally chilled and relaxing. My daughter who us is writing exams at the moment is doing the yoga with me and feeling very relaxed and calm. As before there was a lot of anxiety before she write exams.

I am glad you are feeling this way! Breath of Fire is the only breathing not recommended if you have your period. Do Long Deep Breathing instead. Enjoy
