To clarify about Creature Commandos because they really got hung up on that: that's only the first DCU project because James Gunn was already working on it before he became head of DC Studios. Superman (2025) is the first proper project, he's been talking about this for a bit. You don't have to watch Creature Commandos to understand Superman, he and Safran want every project to stand on it's own legs and feel distinct so the tone of CC isn't going to be the tone for Superman too.

James Gunn said in an interview that CC wasn't really planned to be the first project in the DCU, it just so happened that he started penning it after the first season of Peacemaker, and then he suddenly became the head of DCU studios. Meaning; he already had an almost finished script to put in production when the DCU started.

I think you guys will enjoy Dune: Part 2 more than Part 1. It's less homework-y, and more about telling the story. The book is like that as well. The first half is heavy on establishing the world building, but after that the story really moves.

Idea for your fanfic Jay. The SeaQuest and it's crew learn that the events of 20,000 Leagues actually happened, however Jules Verne changed details of the story and the story from Nautilus is what actually happened.

Rogue One is closer to the other Star Wars than Andor. Andor is mostly a high tension drama. Nobody came out of Rogue One discussing acting. But they did talk about that Vader scene. People talked about Luthen’s speech and Andy Serkis’s acting.

Jules Verne was actually my introduction to scifi, and he ignited my lifelong passion. For people wondering why they can't find Nautilus, it's on AMC and AMC+ in the USA.Nautilus was originally commissioned by Disney+ in the UK, but was canceled as part of cost cuts. AMC secured the North American rights to the series.

i am here for Nautalus, not originally, but i am now. I also loved Seaquest, i also loved Hercules and Xena, and i would love a Jack of all Trades sequel series. i get a Little Pirates, a little Sinbad tv series,i see some League of Extradordinary Gentlemen (graphic novel) i wish it was brighter and more colourful, but i see the reason(also my eyes are less than they were when those series are on) i see something i can watch, i can like, and if it continues or not, i can follow if i like it, i'm in.

Hey Fellas, Nautilus was originally slated to stream on Disney+ in the United Kingdom before it was announced it would not be moving forward with the series. Amazon Prime Video acquired the series for release in the United Kingdom and Ireland, where it premiered on 25 October 2024. AMC announced it had acquired the series for broadcast in the United States and Canada in 2024. So it might not come out on AMC and AMC+ until December or sometime in 2025.
