So pleased Zodiac are back. I have worked on a vintage Zodiac Seawolf a few years back on my channel and fell in love with it. Also was one of the first mass produced dive watches ever made and only a pressed on caseback too. I am hoping they will make a new Seawolf that is the same size and specs of the original as I’d buy that !

I was wondering the same thing. I've seen every documentary on him, and I don't remember them ever even mentioning anything about a watch brand with the exact same logo. I would think someone would have caught that.

The Zodiac sign is older than that though. Letting evil appropriate things limits ourselves. If you visit Hindu temples in Asia you will find Swastika's as well, used as they were originally intended, doesn't mean there are nazis there.

@@MrWiggenhammer Your example just disproved your point tho. The Nazis pretty much ruined the symbol and the Swastika is barely used today unless it’s found in ancient sites. Aside from the temples you mentioned, nobody is using the symbol anymore.

Glad to know Zodiac is P&P approved. I've been wearing my great grandfather's Zodiac which he received when he retired in 1968. It's got a great patina and so much charm, and literally keeps perfect time despite being that old!

Nico, my father was a U.S. Marine and served two tours of combat duty in the Korean War where he was awarded the Purple Heart. He wore a Zodiac watch during this time that I now possess. He told me he wore this watch because of the moon phase function the watch has. He explained it was important to know the status of the moon when he went out on night patrol.

My first mechanical watch was a Zodiac Oceanaire in grey leather strap. It looked amazing but after 3 years of using it, it started losing about a minute a day. It was at that moment I realised it's time to get a proper mechanical watch and got a second hand blue dial Rolex Turn O Graph.

Zodiac died decades ago. The modern incarnation has no real connection to the original brand as hinted in the video, and they're basically just making homages these days - albeit with the big-brand backing of Fossil. Not what I expected from Nico tbh

MIDO Ocean Star 600. COSC, 600M WR, diver. The company is not as old as Zodiac but it is over 100 years old. Better yet the watch is available under 2k, even less in the grey market !

Nico, Ernest Jones when they were situated at the start of queens arcade (facing the Rolex boutique as it is now) in the early 2000’s stocked Zodiac watches in Belfast (I bought one). Admittedly their range was not very good at the time and they are not an independent. So I think you are the first independent to stock Zodiac on the Island of Ireland. Congratulations on the expansion of your business and I must ‘pop in’ sometime as I live in Lisburn and have been collecting watches for 40 years.

Vintage Zodiac = absolutely beautiful, especially the mystery dial 👍🏻 my Favorites of the new ones are the light blue superseawolf and the gmt with the bright green/white bezel 👌🏻 sad, that there is not one shop in germany 😢 have to drive to basel to see them in person…what will be in july, on the way within our trip to Biel when we visit Formex.
