Thanks for the video and the motivating encouragement at the end. I just turned 50 I am almost fully recovered from shoulder surgery (right) and had surgery on my left shoulder 5 years ago. I found a new sport and over worked my body and now I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis. My hips, quads, calves, hamstrings, ankles, achilles are all tight. I believe this is defiantly what I need.

I haven't moved much for a month because my emotional state was down. Today was my first day after the break and I was a bit afraid that it would be tough...THANK YOU for your work! It was a pure joy to move again. Another amazing video, and I am so happy to be back on track. Thank you.

8/12/22 wow , I really needed this for my sore back. The rolling squat to stand and crawl did justice to my back. Thanks Kellen for your creativity ☺

Very good and as you say, very useful as complimentary to my hard ruck training. If your always training hard, you become brittle. Variety is key ❤

Thanks again for the great practice. I recommend your channel to everyone I meet. It has had an inspirational impact on my dancing aswel! I do notice something 'strange'; When I crawl, I focus on the diagonal foot/hand crawl, but the moment I let go of focus, my body automatically starts parallel foot/hand crawling.. peculiar..

This was just what I needed today thank you. As a personal trainer and yoga teacher I neglect my own practice or repeat the same movements because I have a busy schedule of clients. This got me out of my usual routine, thank you!

my opinnion is that when one trains , he should feel joy. it doesn t have to do with strength or volume. i also believe that the movement should not come by tension of the muscles because this consumes energy and then you re out of breath. thanks . greetings. have a joyful practice everybody

Hey Kellen I'm really appreciative to have found your movement and mobility practices, they've added a much needed component to my fitness approach (and one I never even had in mind). Do you have a Patreon or similar? I'm happy to support your work through micropayments if that is an option. I know you have a membership plan over on your site but I'm not looking for that level of commitment right now. Let me know if there is another way to support your work!

Hey Kellen! Do you primarily focus on primal movements for your source of exercise and fitness? What’s your advice for students or those with busy schedules when it comes to crafting an exercise regimen that feels satisfyingly challenging and fun? I leave room for flexibility as to what sorts of movement I do, but the ambiguity often leads to inaction.
@StrengthFlowFitness2 жыл бұрын
Everyone is busy and therefore wants the minimum effective dose of exercise. However, to find what works for you takes time & consistent effort. My advice is to become passionate taking care of your body and also exploring different types of physicality that resonate with you. Use these "primal" ground practices to take care of your body and to support the other activities you love or want to explore - hiking, rock climbing, BJJ, dance, weightlifting, etc... Whatever you're into, put your heart & soul into it, like an artist.
