This workout has been my favorite lately. It's not to intense that I don't look forward to it, but it is challenging enough that it makes me sweat a bit and it's short and target at core strength. Been doing it every day after working in the hospital.

What a great session! Thank you so much. Your workouts never feel like a chore, it's always: "let's find out, how much fun can we have with our body today". It's also very helpful. that there is no music, so every time I can choose the rythm that suits my body today, sometimes faster, sometimes more relaxed, listening inside.

Many thanks! I'm 68, and do a lot of yoga. This kind of "flow" works really well for me. Will return to it regularly.

I think the first time I did this, I couldn't manage any of the 90 90 transitions. I've been doing your other workouts regularly and today when I came back to this, it was just... Flowing. Thank you again. I love this channel and your teaching.

When I don't feel doing anything with weights or all that jumping around, but still want a good body challenge, his routines r perfect!! And they're like relaxing b'cuz ur muscles r being stretched out at the sametime. Like a new upgraded form of yoga.. Really nice!!💯👏💖💃👍

I really like this routine. Gonna add several of these moves into my workout. Do you do everything with primal movements, or do you supplement with any weights or bands?

Thanks! So these ground-based movements are an entry point - great for mobility & longevity. However, "primal" is a whole vibe. I train different ways & use many different tools, but the focus is always on movement. I lift weights, train skills, run & jump, flow, play, stretch, etc...I do these things based on the season and what my body is telling me. No boxes. My practice is just a collection of ways of moving that I truly love. My only goal is to keep growing as a human being. Kind of a "deep" answer but hopefully makes sense.
