Prince William has said that the traditional British value of not showing your feelings should not be allowed to affect people's health. William's mother, Princess Diana, was killed in a car crash when he and his brother Prince Harry were young. Yesterday Prince Harry revealed he'd had counselling after spending 20 years "not thinking" about his mother's death. Neil and Catherine teach you how to use the language the world's media is using to discuss this story:
Vocabulary:
stiff upper lip
quality of not showing feelings in a difficult situation
opens up
starts to talk about feelings
went off the rails
started to behave in a way that's not socially acceptable

'Stiff upper lip' mean : not showing your feelings in difficult situation 2.'opens up' mean : share your feeling after a lot of year 3.go off the rail: the way you behave that is not acceptable by everyone like take a drugs or maybe kill yourself on purpose. 4.reserved(a) the feeling of being shy when you interact with someone.
