I have been experimenting with my breath for about ten yearsm For some reason, my system is so jacked up the that on exhale I get a release of adrenaline instead of the parasympathetic reaponse

Anyone knows why my breath work is far more effective when standing straight, than sitting, or lying down  Especially when working on lowering my resting heart rate.
