Elie R I tried thinking about my oldest thing and seriously this is a crappy time to do this challenge because some of us spent the first few weeks of quarantine being “productive” (we were so naive. Not surprising... historically, the preparation is geared towards keeping meat "good" for some time, in a fairly hot climate, without refrigeration. Stick that in a freezer and it's going to keep for years. Meaty, saucy things do tend to freeze well and keep well in a freezer in general.
