That’s my kind of home gym. Cozy af. Clearly well thought out and organized, with a lot of pride taken in it. Chef’s kiss.

I usually start with a few dips, pull-ups, or lat pull-downs. Maybe my form just isn't the best, but I've found if I try to do pulldowns after I have a pump I tend to accidentally incorporate my shoulders and triceps.

Grab a light kettlebell and don’t put it down for 10-15 minutes. Switch movements on the minute, switch hands as needed. Great way to find out what needs attention and what doesn’t.

What's your favorite Voodoo Floss? I find it helpful for elbows and ankles. Knees I like just knee wrapped squats for that type of stimulus. Shoulders Voodoo flossing doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Of course I like to do my stretching at night to give myself some added recovery because of improved sleep, but on my recovery days in the morning I like to do a mobility drill with a band that is a chest expander blended with dislocators, before holding a deep squat with my band held out in front of me, making a figure eight pattern with my knees around my ankles but on training days the way I like to warm up is with the AthleanX Deltoid Dozen, preferably with a kettlebell
