Considering the new Arctic freezer 3 is a third the price and can also be had with the stealthy look… yeah idk. Especially with its mediocre performance.

Amazon has the LFIII for just $90 for the 360 or $99 for the 420. Not even a consideration.

@@jasonhenninger8220but who cares those extra 1 degree cooler? Cooler Reliability for enterprise, since modern cpu is designed to handle throttle (check video interview with chief system architect from Puget System). and looks and build quality for gamers are more important for me. The new Arctic 3 looks nice by itself, but when it is inside the case, it just seems not fitting nicely from look perspective. Just my personal opinion.

Help! I just bought a ProArt PA602 case, a ProArt LC 420 AIO, and a ProArt Z790 motherboard, with an Intel 14900KF processor, and tried to put them together. Assembly went normally until I tried to install the waterblock/pump head onto the CPU. I used the hex-styled standoffs labeled for an LG1700, as per the instructions, and just lightly seated them onto the motherboard, not over-tightening. The standoff screws seem not long enough with the included Intel-style backing plate to give any thread to install the thumbscrew caps which fasten down the waterblock/pumphead. When settling the waterblock onto the CPU, the tip of each standoff screw just barely comes flush with the outside of the waterblock mounting bracket, leaving no thread to fasten them on at all. I've redone this from scratch twice now, rechecking everything I did, and cannot figure out what the problem is. What am I doing wrong?

WHEN ARE THESE RELEASING IN THE US??

I like that temperature gauge. But it should have Green, Yellow, and flashing Red LCD lighting. It might have them when ASUS releases their ProArt Cooler II model. Too expensive? One needs to remember it's made by ASUS.

buy something else if you want rgb half the reason people like proart is bc it doesn’t have rgb

The comparison was done against 360mm coolers? And still the ProArt 420 scored that poorly? Combine that mediocre-at-best performance with the highest price out there... and this is a solid nope.
@AlfredStoppels7 ай бұрын
Nice review but... i believe your Worth-formula is 'wrong', you look at price and cooling where this is build to do it all very quiet. You pay for being quiet. So in the formula you need to take in the loudness I think because that will give a different outcome and ... that is what this AIO is build for. .. well, thats what I think ;-)
@RobeytechLive7 ай бұрын
The only issue with noise is that it is entirely dependent on all the other components in your build. It’s not an end all be all for formula but it does simplify the base of here is what it costs to do its primary job.

What is an alternative with this cooler for the Asus 602pe case .I mean which will be fitting without any revamp? It can be 360 AIO`s also

It's this sort of product that loses faith in the ProArt moniker. I start to then rethink there other components, like the Z790 creator... it reveals that ProArt doesn't give that much performance after all....

My humble point … those Noctua fans rise the retail price high and they’re not as performative as other similar fans on the market. Not to mention they’re not quiet at all. Their design is at least 10 years old.
