No shock that it's a single Trac 3.42, I saw that a lot with 2wd 4.8 trucks when I worked the dealership thing. Cool project brotha, I am planning a D1-X for my 95 Cobra. Hopefully that pans out because I think I'll have a really enjoyable little street car.

What’s a kit like this run approximately for a truck like that? Is it something that can be squeezed into the average budget I’m wondering? How many miles are on that truck Dave? Is there a mileage range that say if you have over 100k on a stock motor that you should not add a procharger? Does that make sense? I guess I’m wondering if at some point if we add a procharger to a stock engine that runs good, am I risking doing more damage to the engine and should I refresh first even tho it seems to run solid but just has a lot of miles? Iv got inter-cooled turbocharger installed on my Silverado. But I’m having oiling issues with it now and cannot get it under control iv got a few thousand miles on my turbo build. But I’m thinking of swapping to this ProCharger.. do you know what I’d have to take off or add back into the truck for a ProCharger swap
