about the nicotine problem, you can also just assume its 100 grams because the weight is given as a percentage and still get the right answer :D (if its just the Empirical Formula)

You keep saying "atomic mass", I think you mean "molar mass", right?

Atomic mass is in amu, molar mass is in g/mol.
