For activity A, if the crash duration would be 1, still you won't crash it. Can you please explain why? Why it is a good idea and why it is a bad idea?

What if the fixed cost is not mentioned in the question? Do we assume something?

If you're not given a fix cost, don't worry and be happy, assume there is none.

Hello. Very helpful video. My only question is if it is possible to do partial crashing? For example, I need to reduce the days of a project by 3, but the crash duration of the next cheapest option is 5. How can I calculate the cost for this activity after partial crashing?

Normal time less than crash time sounds like a typo, I'd ask your professor to make sure it's not.
