Sent this to wranglerstar.com Hi Cody, Love your channel and enjoying it so much. I thought I would share a channel with you that is similar to yours. Burton's Attic. He has all the tools in the world like you, is doing a van conversion like you, works with wood and metal and even dries his own wood. He has a nice tractor and a small child. He also restores stuff. Check out his restoration on a mill and a lathe. He does not make as many videos as you do but is very smart like you. is.gd/dX0pSW Keep up the great work. My best to you and your lovely family. Larry

2:15 wow that's some headroom! Seems more practical than most trucks & suvs aside from people hauling

It is and exactly why I bought it! Being able to stand up and move around inside is huge. Makes it hard to drive something "normal". It's a medium roof, the high roof is 6ish" taller than mine.

Looks like some Blue Ridge mountains footage in there!

I may have missed it, but what is the Air Compressor in the Van for?
@BurtonsAttic5 жыл бұрын
To many things to list but mainly for pressurizing water (future video) , CLEANING the van and any gear. Tires, 50psi front and 70 psi rear most $.25 (I mean $1.50) gas station pumps don't do that kind of pressure and if it did would take forever! Bicycle tires and cleaning. Inflate anything! On and on....... I just came in from cleaning out the van for the first time in 2 weeks (including camping trip) and was done in less than 10 minutes. You can't get that clean that fast without compressed air......

@@BurtonsAttic Compressed air does not really collect and remove dirt, it just shortly relocates it into the air that you breathe, then it is once again falls down and lands on your stuff. (unless you direct it outside with open doors I guess..)

I'm more interested in what was used (who's tank and what capacity, compressor ratings, etc). I'll have to look and see if there's an overview of how the air system was done, but since it was kind of covered here I doubt there is one.

What happened to your wrist?

That is a great question to which I really don't know the answer! Woke up with it feeling sprained. Stabilized for the day and it was fine. If I had to hazard a guess it was from holding the air compressor up in the hole to figure things out. Thanks for commenting!
