Thank you so much! This video was exactly what I needed. I was trying to figure out where all the parts went and the water pump and I was having a hell of a time. Although I'm pretty sure you forgot a single o-ring or at least to show it in the propeller which is a pain in the ass. To get out you require a needle and I have no idea how people put it back in

I used the Barnett clutch spring set from eagle mike. I tried the EBC springs but they were too heavy.

What vintage is your KLR? I see that it had 2.5L stamped on the case near the sight glass. My 2013 does not. And the oil volume does not compute with my owner’s manual…..thus I am trying to understand if there has been a change in this regard over the years, or…….?? Thanks much.

The engine is from a 2004 Gen 1 KLR and 2.5 liter is the full oil capacity for that year at least.
