@mynameischyna 32:58, this actually needs to be discussed more. Picking and choosing when a man can be vulnerable or emotional is contradictory because women are always stating that they want men to be more emotional, yet when they are, it's a turn-off. I'm speaking in general...

Interesting conversation, it’s actually okay to have these debates to gain a a better understanding of the opposite sex… but this narrative that beta males issues all stem from women is miss leading , accountability & responsibility of your own mental state on both sides is absolutely needed.

Hot take, it's not woman's responsibility to take care of our mental health. If we break up, the last thing I want to do is have a talk with my ex. Go find an elder, counselor, friend/family member etc.
