Lex I had a problem with my basement at my house in Mesa Arizona it only has one window and it was a rusted and nasty old 1950's steel frame window and it was LEAKING WATER so I replaced it with a nice vinyl refinished metal hopper window and culked and foamed it up and it didn't leak 😀 and before that a thunder storm came and ALOT OF WATER CAME IN AROUND THE EDGE OF THE WINDOW AND THERE WAS WATER EVERYWHERE

..on the loose/ dropped front door handle, I’ve used a drop of threadlocker to glue in that allen screw.. So far, so good 😑

If the timers keep getting stuck, why don't they make better timers? Or, why don't they at least have a safety shutoff if something stops working so you don't burn up other parts?
