Thanks jennifer. Unfortunately the pet friendly clause can always change in accordance to the management body from time to time, therefore it wouldn't be very accurate. @@Vell42 I've actually secured a WS2 unit for 1.06m, high floor (not highest) & not facing LDP/NKVE (which most units are). Not many but there are a few units which are going at great value especially after negotiations. DPC in general should & will usually hold its value cause of the township.

This is in Desa Park City, a super awesome masterplan development. Anyway, my video are shakey because I want to focus more on covering more elements and projects instead of producing pretty and perfect angles... It's way faster for me to work this way=)

Hey man, thanks for the feedback. However, just to clarify there's no monetary agreement involved. It's just a form of courtesy by giving credits to the person providing us the unit for review. Similar treatments applied to agents as well, just so happened that cozyhomes is a website.. (Hmmm, maybe that's why it looks way more like an ad) In that case, Noted!! Haha. It's difficult to shoot the interior without looking biased as the company provides only furnishings and renting services, which basically has not effect on architectural elements and facilities provided. Maybe the shot of the pillow was too long... haha. Once again, I truly appreciate your feedback and it's not a form of endorsement or anything.
