It is the density that made me move away from MK 2 years ago lol imagine thousands of cars come out form the condos and only 1/2 lanes of road to accommodate. Try coming out of Publika and go 163 pass via Solaris ON A RAINY DAY. 45mins stuck in the car for such a short distance. Don’t get me started on the road bumps.

I have been an enthusiast of Mont Kiara since 2012. Everyday without failed, I have been looking at the price movements of every single property in the condos vicinity. So when you uploaded this video, I saw Agile which is completely new and I would say another distinguised & outstanding reviews from you Sean! To date, my heart still lies with Pavilion Hilltop and Seni haha

@@faridakee1805 comparing now to 2012, now I would say best enough, some are cheaper some are similar, some only have slight increase in price. Even looking at Aston Kiara (more on segambut side), last 6 years it was selling around 650-750K. Now there are units selling on auction for only 550K!

Beautiful landscaping and finishing. I like the way they arranged the buildings too and feeling not so cramps and congested. The entrance and exit I agree it's going to be a challenge especially once Kami completed adding to number of units there. Nice review Sean

I have a fond connection with mont kiara dutamas area near sppk/segambut..quite close to a relative of mine who bought a condo over there nearly 20 years ago, it's is a much quieter and livable place..rather than the buzz and noise near metropolis. Im not really sure about price appreciation though as an investor...there are too many units, and the roads arent getting any bigger. I can only imagine the jam there in 5/10 years..it is already reaching a choke point..an mrt and a last-mile bus are sorely needed.

Great job - you finally figured out how to do a montage at the start with music; not music playing over your speaking. I can't believe you were ok with the build quality - those chips in the bathrooms were horrendous for a project in that price range. Also that ugly color brown in the bathrooms. If there are no plans today for the MRT then it's many years away. 5 other projects coming online in the next few years; so traffic will only be more brutal. Better have a fast car to fly across those intersections - or get used to going the wrong way and go around the block.
