In terms of connectivity, it is pretty hard to beat this project when you have a walking distance connection to TRX mall, MRT, and Pavillion Mall. As a result, this project is a hotspot in terms of short term stay currently. During the visit, we just see lots of tourist with their luggage bags around the property. Also the front gate is congested with busses parked along the road.
In terms of design, I think everything is spot on besides the facilities deck. Well that is most likely affected by the size of the land but since it's mainly for short term stay, I guess it's gonna be just for visual purposes. Also because this was developed by an international company, the common area design is not standard. I think the enclosed corridor is noisy, especially when they are a lot of tourist screaming around. There are a lot of 'lounge' areas, but again I just wish for a swimming pool haha.
Anyway, this is a pure investment product and congratulation to all the earlier buyers. The rental rates currently is amazing with the recovering tourism industry.
