She seems like a person who could benefit from talk therapy. I don't think its always helpful for everyone or every situation. When you talk about trauma in a safe, regulated space, you get to practice gaining control of how it affects you. It requires you to be brave and face it... Amanda clearly has that kind of bravery.

I can’t stand it when men use women up like that, and throw them away. I’ve known pimps with more loyalty than that. That’s not being a pimp. That’s just being a bad person. To be fair, he doesn’t sound as bad as a lot of the people in her life. At least he still talks to her. We need to be telling our girls that they should make sure they can support themselves and have some security before they ever get in a relationship with a man, woman, or anyone else.

She said her ex or one of her exes treated her very well and really tried to work with her and be with her. I think those were her exact words. She said he tried everything but she didn't appreciate it and she went off with some other guy, that eventually dumped her and went back to his ex. She said the good guy will not speak to her anymore and that situation is probably her biggest regret. So, she answered your question in her interview. Maybe watch it again?

Oh, Beautiful Amanda… you are so beautiful from the inside out; and I hear you; and I love you. I’m across the US; I am in Baltimore; but I love you- and you can still do this; you can still love life; and be an independent woman…. Baby girl; you are traumatizing yourself every time you go back out- you are going back in to that dark place; and sweet heart you do not have to be there. Asking for help does not show weakness; it shows strength- and I thought I was real street smart and had learned how to live in “The Game”… the only thing you gain is the ability to recognize it in someone else; you start to be more primal; and read people for what they are- victims or predators. But neither of those things matter in the long run; because Sweet Amanda; there is More for you; God has more intended for You. Other women need your strength. Please help yourself… please go to a clinic or let this man help you… because my heart aches for you; and I do Love you even though we have never met.

Dearest Amanda, you matter. You are loved. You deserve the air you breathe. I am reminded of my pain seeing you speak. My sexual abuse started when I was 4 years old I was groomed much earlier then that. My first fully penetrated rape was at the age of 4. There is hope the self-hate in the pain will lessen. Never goes away completely but it does ease up. When I hit 40 my past came up from the deepest darkest memory. I'm still in therapy but I'm not as tormented as I was. This was not your fault even if you believe that you chose this life it is still not your fault. I'll be praying for you. You were worth the air you breathe never forget that my dear, my love and affection is with you. I have the utmost confidence in you. And I'm sorry if these words cause you pain but I do mean every word I say. So we'll be in time where you will have some peace.

Wow, I just read this comment after watching this, & that was so incredible of you to share. I'm so sorry that you had to endure that at such a young age. & live your childhood years having this happen to you. It truly breaks my heart.💔 It is always so disheartening & mind blowing to hear, that there really are people in this world that actually want to do harm to children. I just can't understand people like that. I hope this comment finds you well, & you're on your continued path of healing. You are definitely in my thoughts! 😊🤍🕊

Mark: YOU CAN LIFT IT UP. Wtf. I've noticed that you are becoming more predatory and more pushing their boundaries since I've first discovered your channel. I am appalled and disappointed in you. You crossed a line in easily influencing her to bare her body for us. You re-traumatized her for the world to see. Please reevaluate your reason for putting these vulnerable women on display. Your channel was one of my favorites, but now... Me: Thumbs down. Unsubscribe. Never watch again.

God that really pissed me off the way Mark encouraged her NOT to protect her dignity by telling her to go ahead and lift her top despite her saying she was not wearing underwear. Totally unnecessary. She reminds me of a cousin of mine who has lived the same style life. I heard a family member tell me she was possibly raped by my mothers ex husband but when I asked my mom she said that she’s a drug addict and crazy. You never know who’s been through what in your life and it’s sad how adult don’t protect the children in their family with the same blood. They themselves destroy our families by hiding and not treating the situations accordingly.

My only issue with this channel is that it seems to follow a generic set of interview questions. So when the interviewee veers away into whatever they want to talk about, instead of absorbing and responding to what they've said, the interviewer generally just reverts back to one of his standard questions, rather than letting the interview develop organically.

The pain just never goes away. Unfortunately she made one bad decision after another. She seems to resist all that is good and goes for the bad. That habit won't be broken unless she stops it, but she doesn't seem to have the will. Her tears are so close to the surface, she's alone, and tired. I wish I could help her, but it won't help her.
