Probably not. Some people don’t mind the smell some people hate it but the almost curdled texture is what it’s supposed to be. I actually really like the texture and finds it helps it sink it easily. Also, it should have an expiration date on the crinkled hard plastic part

The teal packaged one is mineral. Clean is not really a word I use much because it’s just a marketing word and doesn’t mean much
