Beautiful hike! I've never heard of the "Little Grand Canyon" but it is amazing - those red-colored rocks are stunning! Ha ha, like 50 warning signs all in a row! It looks really well-maintained with nice paths and such. I'd love to see this place for myself.

That is a place I have been wanting to go. When my hubby was stationed at Ft Stewart and we would drive up to Ft Benning to visit his dad, I would see parts of the canyon thru the trees. I have heard others say recently that the trees are growing so tall , you don't get the Grand Canyon effect like you used to. I wish I had seen that years ago! I keep telling hubby that we are getting old and if don't go see these places before we are too old, we won't get to do the hikes to the bottom or the top of some of the coolest places I've seen on KZbin! LOL HUGS~Donna

@WaywardWaggs6 жыл бұрын
😂 Touring Tasebuds do great videos. Glad we were compared to them. Not sure where we are headed yet. Depends on when Lauren's first semester of college starts. If it is still summer, we may go out west. If it is fall until she can start, we will be headed south. We run away from cold weather. 😂

@@WaywardWaggs we've found that every cool place we have stopped in the past couple weeks has been a no fly zone. But, the state parks in Utah have a permit you can buy! Hopefully more places go that way in the future!

Georgia is a beautiful state! I only found out about this place this year. You don't think of canyons when you think of GA! I was up in the Chattahoochee region last year and loved it. Many beautiful spots up there. Hahaha, it's hard to vlog in public. That is something I am actively working on myself! Looking forward to checking out more of your stuff. As I eluded to, I also have a travel channel. Check it out and let me know what you think!

I also, have trouble finding areas to fly my drone. I suspect many you tubers just break the rules. Maybe an “ ask for forgiveness not for permission “ mentality. Very nice video!
@WaywardWaggs6 жыл бұрын
Might try the asking for forgiveness thing in the future. It would have been awesome footage from the air.
@SaltyEscape6 жыл бұрын
Wayward Waggs Yeah. I’ve thought of that too. But haven’t been brave enough yet.
@TravelswithYoly6 жыл бұрын
Drone pilots who take regulations for granted and choose to selfishly disregard them kinda ruin it for the entire community from a PR perspective. The reason we have so many rules and regs (with more coming) is because of this kind of thinking. You can fly a drone from just outside the park boundaries. You just can't take off or land within the boundaries.
@WaywardWaggs6 жыл бұрын
@@TravelswithYoly Good to know. Thanks so much.
@SaltyEscape6 жыл бұрын
Travels with Yoly You are absolutely correct!! To be clear, on my channel, and in general we always obey the rules. I just see so many you tubers flying and I can’t seem to see how they got approval for the flight plan. Mostly out of range for line of sight. Sometimes more serious infractions like over emergency services
