Thank you for trying our Ruffles! All-dressed Ruffles are the most common kind of Ruffles here in British Columbia, and are literally everywhere. From what I can remember, ours say "wavy/ondules" (wavy in French) at the bottom of some of our bags (maybe just our snack size bags), so maybe they could be classified as wavy chips :)

Who the hell thinks ketchup chips are weird? I'm all for criticizing the overuse of ketchup -- I agree with the French, that ketchup overshadows whatever you put it on. But on its own or with a simple food that is MADE TO BE a carrier of other flavors (ex: chips, fries, other things that are nothing more than dip carriers), ketchup is divine. It is tomatoes, sugar and vinegar; a divine mix of sweet, salty, sour (vinegar) and umami (tomato). It really is a flawless sauce when combined with chips or fries.
