I had chronic tendon inflammation for 3 years. Got prp + tendon repair matrix. It improved it. Atleast the chronic flare turned to pain mostly and this is easier to handle with exercises. If you do it, I'd advice to ask for a tendon repair matrix combination. Seems logical that it's good for tendon. Sometimes they call it collagen. Normal prp cost 600$here and 750$ with the matrix add on, and it was a single shot instead of series. Usa medicine extremely inflated so I bet it cost way more there. First month after such a shot was very painful, and I wasn't allowed to bend the knee for 2 weeks. Also I wasn't allowed to do any exercise for 6 weeks, because the tendon need rest to recover.

P.s Its a treatment by a very professional knee doctor here in Israel. I think those advices worth to follow elsewhere

Please how long did it take to feel better ? Is it really hearts ? I have a patellar tendinopathy for a year now 😢 Also i would like to know if it is only one course forever of it is temporary ??
