I'm 33 years old and have been grappling with plantar fasciitis for the past five years while working in Dubai. This condition has significantly curtailed my ability to engage in long walks or jogging. Despite diligently adhering to daily stretching exercises and undergoing various treatments like shock wave therapy and laser therapy, the pain has only marginally subsided. Hi Doctor, I am currently in Texas, US. I have been suffering from left side middle back pain for nearly 3 years now. It all started after covid recovery in 2021. Till now I have'nt found a solution and pain relief. Its really affecting my daily life now with a 5 month old baby its getting very hard to manage also my weight has increased rapidly due to lack of exercise. My MRI and Xrays are normal, I recently did rhizotomy here after diagnostic facet joint injections but still have pain. I felt that the pain location was not properly diagnosed by the doctor and they did left L1-L4 rhizotomy. Please would you share your thoughts and recommendation in this. I would like see yr Achilles tendon fixation using plantar fascia tunneling. I am perfectly ok without surgery. Now i am in a bubble going steady with vigorous Table Tennis for 1 hr. daily.
