One thing that you failed to mention, the slim being smaller has its benefits. Many people will go with slim just due to the size. I assume in Japan where I live the slim is selling better because bigger is not better here, smaller is better

I've installed an SSD into my PS4 PRO and it loads much more faster the games plus is more cooler, no heat inside and more quieter. I had the Toshiba HDD stock which came with the PS4 PRO. I am proud of the improvement.

BuL1EtPr0oF I recommend the PS4 Slim because the overall console is at a low temperature and is quieter than the original PS4 and the Pro. Yes I know that the Slim doesn't support 4K, but you'll still get the same experience without it. And also, the PS4 Slim has less defects than the original PS4 and the Pro.

1 things i like ps4 games on PS4 Slim & PS4 Pro i don't care how the both systems look like 1 for regular tv 1080p and 1 for 4Ktv 1440p it doesn't matter the exclusive games is the big parts 1.Uncharted 4 A Thief's End 2.God of War 3.Bloodbone 4.Horizon Zero Dawn 5.SpiderMan 6.GT Sports 7.Nathan Drake's Collection Uncharted 1 , 2 , 3 8.Persona 5 9.Yakuza + more more games i can't count is to many + game keep coming in 2018 & 2019 comparison both systems doesn't matter ok very simple ps4 pro wins because more powerful ps4 slim very good still worth it 2018 , 19 , 20 and more no panic just play the game that's it

The hardware in pro makes a huge difference and I have the 2018 model pro it's whisper quiet

why you gotta be lieng? My ps4 slim is loud but that just normal cause I still haven't seen any lag on uncharted 4 the console doesn't play as smooth then Xbox one X but it is smoother less lag then ps3 slim.

Hi What is my best option if I don't have a 4k TV just a standard 3D HDTV but need optical output that my theatre sorround sound brings/needs? What is my best option? The Pro? Thanks

The PS 4 Prow is not compatible with you Home Theatre System. It has never been tested with any Audio/ Video receiver from any manufacturer I have been told and I could not successfully connect the console via HDMI to my 4k Compatible Audio/ Video receiver. On would think that a title of "Pro" and the boast of 4k compatibility would lead to certain compatibility with Home Theatre components, but NO! You must connect directly to your TV via HDMI cable and enjoy the end result of not 5.1 Theatre sound or 7.1 Theatre sound but TV sound only. Taking mine back to Walmart tomorrow.

It's just upscaling so the difference will always be minimal. Computer graphics are in 2K so they just upscale it which isn't worth paying for.

but for people who have the PSVR i ve been reading that the Pro runs a bit better the PSVR like having more sharp image. so in my cause i think im going for the pro

Ps4 pro just gives you a 4k resolution on almost all television or screens without any problem...thats all the difference i can find
