I had a question. Like, in a day, when we feel motivated to do the required work, and make a sound(Cs) or something else, would we just associate that conditioned stimulus with feeling motivated and the next time we make that sound, we just start feeling motivated? Is it possible?

It's very hard to concentrate on what he's saying due to the audio. His voice is distant and echoing while the sounds of students smacking gum and clicking their pens is in the forefront.
