I thought I am Introvert but there are few points that I have in common as ambiverts: 1. I really like to join the conversation about the subject I like but when there's none I just stay quiet and listen to others. 2. I really need some days off to recharge but too many days really stress me out. Like in this pandemic time I found myself completely fine to be in home for first 2 months but after that I started feeling really bored and down as I couldn't meet my friends and have fun with them. 3. When I am with somone chatty I am quite and when I am with somone quite I tend to be more talkative. Lol so true!! 4. I think that it depends how your environment is and how you live your life. Well, for me, if I'm left with a chatty person, that person either interests me to continue the conversation or eventually become quiet because of the awkwardness cause by me not speaking much. Being "extrovert leaning" just makes you an ambivert. Your personality is no different than someone who is "introvert leaning." Think of it this way: If you took a test and scored 53% extrovert, and someone else scored 52% introvert, there is ONLY a 5% difference. You might be labeled as an extrovert, but your personality is still going to be extremely similar to the person that scored introvert. Anything in the range of 60% on either side is going to have VERY SLIGHT differences, but not big enough to be labeled one or the other. Just my two cents.

Syni dude same. but I would say your move of an introvert that learns towards ambivert. I have a theory that all of us are this spectrum, 1 being an full 100% introvert and 10 being 100% extrovert, 5 would be ambivert. you would probably put your self as a 3, and that's totally normal. it's more normal to be in between than too a full introvert or extrovert but that doesn't mean being a full introvert or extrovert is a bad thing.

i'm on the same page with you, Basically its a spectrum not a defined thing. you don't have to be one or the other, the label isn't that serious. this is just helpful in being aware of your own and others tendencies. Like I am in introverted individual majority of the time, I can be content sticking to myself the majority of time, doing something like drawing watching something on tv, etc. but there will reach a point where I'm like man, I could go for a party right now or something. lol and when I get to said parties, I notice depending on my energy I could either be the life of the party or just that dude in the cut cooling it. its all about getting to know yourself so you can have better control of such things. I know one thing tho from all this, that I'm definitely not a full blown extrovert. I definitely don't need to be around people to function, and I know people that can't be alone. I'm not one of em lol

Yea most being ambiverts makes most sense. Haven't met someone completely introverted or completely extroverted. Most in my school i would say are ambiverts, then extroverts with introverts being the least in number. Like in a class of 30 students, there are only 2 quiet ones for me most of the time. Says alot about the introverts number wise.

I'd say I'm an extroverted ambivert. I love being in a group, having fun, and partying, and I don't burn out quickly. I can keep going right until the party ends and still feel psyched. But i also tend to enjoy being alone. I like being alone with my thoughts. Being able to consider whatever I want, whenever I want to. And if I'm in one of those moods I don't want be disturbed unless it's someone I'm really close to and someone who is not very energetic. We can just sit and relax and talk about my ideas. I guess I don't fit the technical definition of ambivert where I'm the perfect balance. But I'm definitely not an introver or extrovert either.

I always thought I was an introvert cause a lot of things pointed to it (I don’t like talking to anyone, or socializing/I stay in my room or at home 99% of the time), and then I watched this and realized this fits more (I’m a lot more bubbly, loud, and excited when I’m with my friends, someone I’m close to or even just someone I met that has similar interests to me/if I talk to someone about something I like I get more talkative)
