@@thechannel1098ROMANS does not give it away to you or any Catholic since Emperor Constantine put the bible together with 63 other Roman Pagans. To believe the Lamb of God, he of turn the other cheek and he without sin throw the 1st stone came to the aid of ROME with sword in hand leading a army. Rome the destroyer of nations, genocide, greed, rape, pillaging, conquering, the killer of Jews and jesus was getting help from the Creator. The Roman Catholic Church is literally the Wolf who changed clothes. They knew the Empire was in trouble so used Jesus whose name was on the rise with Christians to rule on Earth and God rules in heaven. They have been a disease on humanity & always will be. Where is the Love been since Constantine who murdered his son & heir over jealousy, he killed his wife for lying about his son killed on a lie. Constantine the Great, his mum called him stupid. Zealots, the Creator is pure love, we cannot with words understand our Father/Mother's love for us. Open the Creators gift the Present and live the life you want now. Be in reality the wonderful loving person you want to be. Talk to the Creator for every hurdle put before us and every blessing because everything is to teach us, to understand who we are and to realise it. Then like Jesus & Buddha we will know Bliss. I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation since a few months and it has really helped me a lot in reducing my anxiety. I feel like no more depressed. The biggest change I felt is that I am able to express my thoughts and emotions clearly and also, Earlier small things used to bother me a lot, but now those things don't bother me much I just laugh it off. Another change is that earlier I use to fall asleep easily but now I don't sleep so easily. I think that's because now I feel excited for to next day. I has really helped me in lots of ways.

But if you dont judge it, then itll never get better. How does "oh yep. I want to die! Oh well." Help?? Thats just allowing them to be there in general. Basically giving it permission to be within your brain and allowing it to grow. Not to mention that my therapist keeps telling me to just let the emotion happen. Which has given me panic attacks, vomiting, and 2 cases of passing out. Not allowing it to be a thing sounds much better. Yell at it until it shuts up and leaves.

The downside to mindfulness is that it implies we are not allowed to experience negative emotions ever. The stress response is helpful and essential to our survival because it alerts us when we are in danger. The stress response should not be suppressed. If someone is chronically stressed, they need to make lifestyle changes, perhaps a career change. Mindfulness is not a long term solution to managing stress.

@deanphung7018 Жыл бұрын
Im surprised nobody answer your question. So mindfulness practice is not meant to be an instant solution to every problem we have in life. If you can just find 15 mins of your day to practice it, after a while your brain will gain lots of clarity and calmness which allow you to think and respond to problems in an more articulate way.

Mindfulness or mindful states follow mindfulness protocols that are formally or consciously applied. But what if the same protocols were informally or unconsciously followed in the course of day-to-day living? Indeed, this is often the case, as we constantly have occasions when we are non-judgmentally in the moment from an idle day at the beach to driving a car while just thinking of the road ahead to settling back from a hard day at work with nothing on your mind. But do we say that we have entered into a unique meditative state in these situations? No. We just say that we are relaxed. My point is that if unique meditative states are inferred from the imposition of formal meditative procedures, they should be also inferred from the everyday informal cognitive states that may approximate those same procedures, such as being in the moment while watching a setting sun. Thus everybody is being mindful or slips into unique ‘mindful’ states from time to time whether they are aware of it or not, a point never addressed in the mindfulness literature. And if mindfulness can occur informally, does this mean that every time we are relaxed while being non-judgmental in the moment there occurs also a supplemental mindfulness state? This is akin to making the subjective qualia or ‘feeling’ of any state reflect a unique process without first defining that process, and therefore adds nothing to the explanation of that state. from ''the book of rest, the odd paychology of doing nothing', on web site scribd

It's impossible to live in the present moment - since there isn’t one! Every moment becomes the past and then the future - it’s a 'constant' and fluid; you cannot stop it or barely notice it, and so this kind of technique cannot work...
@skakrisaad38852 жыл бұрын
It works for seeing things more clearly. As for focusing on the present moment I think you missed the point : you CAN gently focus on the constant fluid before you eyes rather than of the storms of past events bad ones and regretted decisions, or worrying in a useless and harmful way about the future.. This enables you to think rationally and kindly about your life, it helps you with becoming more professional and less doubtful while accomplishing tasks, effectivly planning for your happiness and improving your relationships and overall health and well being. So don't miss it my friend ! 😁😉
