Thanks Kithmin. Actually I studied two courses through Udemy (from Kein Ramsy) on Councelling and life coaching. They were pretty comprehensive courses (over 45 hours of video lectures for a course). I can fully recommend them to you, but he is Scottish, so his accent may be a bit hard to understand in the beginning.

Cool. All the best Kithmin. It totally changed my life, hope it would do the same to you in a positive way. But remember one important thing. Psychology is like the red phill. When you get it, you will start seeing things in people that you didnt see before. Some of them may be very close to you. When you see their toxic minds, those relationships will change for ever. So please be mindful about it too

Let's say that I took a lot of sub optimal decisions (all the way through) due to the lack of knowledge about myself ;). But I am really glad that I know much more about myself than before. Still, I will continue to take stupid decisions for sure :D :D, but at lesser frequency I guess....
