So the PN was being caused by scar tissue? What caused the scar tissue? How does a UTI cause scar tissue in a location that could be palpated like Alcock’s canal…?

Hi Lauryn . My name is Eddy Nessim. I was a pro ciclist for 18 yeats and i suffer from pudendal nerve entrapment at the alcock cannal. I want to ask you did your operation was done cutting your gluteous at both sides or not ? What type of surgey was performed by Dr Lachiani , laproscopic . What was cut sacrospinos ligaments cut , was just scar tissue removed therefore no ligaments cut. Was this 100% pain gone and permanently .

The last 5 years of my life have been identical. I have been to 10 different doctors and therapist who have treated me with chronic pelvic pain but nothing has really changed. My quality of life is at an all time low. I’ve recently discovered upon my own research that I’m 100% suffering from pudendal neuralgia. I’m scheduled to meet with my primary care physician soon to discuss but surgery seems like my only option at this point. This story gives me hope. Thank you for the inspiration. Was the inside vaginal skin on fire? That’s what I’m going through. I had many vaginal infections in the last five years and now constant burning.
