In Kerala it's called idiyappam, in Maharshtra it's called appe. Both saviry & sweet appe is made using jakfruit or banana. It's delightful to see jugalbandhi of you both.

3xplain about chitamani, i h3a4d it is 8n karnatka, around 100 km from banglore. It is famous for cattle sandai and this is ver6 famous for great chitamani ramar temple. 8s this chitamani u are talking chitamani appam.

What a recipe, Akka tried your Thirumal vadai at home first, came out so well that I had this at my stall on Jito's Food and Health exhibition in Chennai. Amma everybody loved it, all said its so tastier... AS if eating the same Prasadam from Thirumala... It made my name, demand was so high that again I had this vadai in my menu Thank you so much Amma and Ragunathan sir for giving us wonderful recipes.
