Beautiful bonding of mother & son. Lovely traditional recipes, which are also healthy. But it would be very helpful if you can put up the ingredients, measurements & the process, in English, in the description box. For those of us who don't understand Tamil😊

I was searching for this receipe. My mother used to make this and we call it tavala dosai. My mom will not powder and sprinkle the moremilagai instead she will put in the tempering. Thank u mami and rakesh for sharing this recipe. Mami I met u at kamaraj memorial hall during the last year kutchery season and took a pic too ❤

Hello This is somewhat similar to Thanjavar orrupu adai. I don't understand your language but like to watch your authentic recipe. Somehow figure out what you say by little bit English you speak in between. Thank you to amma and chef for such interesting video. I am very excited to try this recipe myself.

Hello aunty/Rakesh - just a clarification- you make a rava of the 1st 5 ingredients and then soak in yogurt and hot water after thalichu, is that right? Thank you for sharing this recipe, as you mentioned this is similar to thavalai dosa( my appa's favourite)
