Muscle up is part of calisthenics. Using the momentum going above the bar is muscle up. The prerequisite for muscle up is atleast 10 clean pull ups. Kind of advanced pull-up but pull-up and muscle up are NOT same. While hanging in the bar, pulling the body closer to the chest and lifting the body up is pull-up. Holding the bar away from the chest and by the momentum going above the bar is muscle up. Steps: - Dead hang - Scapula pull-up - Half pull-up - Negative pull-up - Full pull-up - Power ups - Muscle up Muscle up is a life saving skill/ part of fire man drill. If you hanging in a branch of a tree/ sun shade, muscle up is the technique that helps to lift ourselves up.

i had same issue when i was 19/20 years old.. it went away on its own after a year or 2.. I don’t think there is any exercise you can do to remove gyno other than surgical removal.. i would recommend consulting a doctor to make sure that it is gyno because fat on chest could look very similar.. im 37 now btw and never had that issue after the first occurrence in my late teens.. good luck..
