I know you probably get messages like this every day but I have to say thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing!! You have changed so many peoples lifes and LITERALLY saved mine. I’ve lost almost 100lbs, avoided diabetes, and I am no longer in danger of having a heart attack. I’m only 30 and was at lowest point of my life. Then one random day your video popped up on my home page and because of the way you approach your videos it felt you really believe in us, ordinary people. In the process I took diet from Dietarize to further improve my meal planning... You are amazing, please never stop. You are an inspiration to everyone who watches you, and keep the positive vibes coming!!
@cameronsclease87233 жыл бұрын
Bro your form is on point every single time. For people that haven't done stuff like this, keeping the form right can sometimes be harder than the actual exercise. Your form is always excellent though. Keep up the good work and remember everyone that is watching, we are all gonna make it!

what about the one arm pull up where he swings the other arm?
@geraldfisher64753 жыл бұрын
@@buicluka that is the form for a one arm pull up, you try to do it without and see what happens. (spoiler you start to spin no matter how strong you are and damage your rotator cuff in the process.)
@buicluka3 жыл бұрын
@@geraldfisher6475 Hahaha, I am very far away from one arm pull ups. You can check the calimove video on one arm pull up and se he doesn't move his other arm away from his body. I am really not trying to take anything away from Chris, he truly is a master at his craft... But I guess Sven from calimove is on another level?!
@architsingh9490 Жыл бұрын
@@buiclukaI think the point here is the one arm pull up should be done with the other hand swinging to prevent injury. It's just like bench press, you can press without retraction but it is still advisable to retract the back to prevent shoulder injuries.
