@@piggycuber1753 So 11th progression would be jump no arm pull up, then 12th progression jump no arm pullup negative, and 13th(evil) is no arm pull up. And then no arm L sit pull up, and then no arm legs up pull up and then finally no arm high pull up and finally flight ability unlocked

Awesome video Chris, so glad you decided to make levels 1-10 for pull ups just as you did for push ups. Next up would be core or leg exercises. I think your videos are the best tools I have at the moment for developing my own workouts as well as giving new challenges for my clients. Because of Chris Heria, I have literally been able to build a 6-pack! (Took a couple of months, I also did some HIIT from Chris Heria, and ran. There's SOOOOO much info in this vid! Much more instruction than most, for good reason. I think people slept on this one bc they're intimidated by pull-ups but Chris is great at building people up gradually.

It is great that you take care of the people you live with. COVID for sure has directed many people towards bodyweight exercises as an alternative to gyms. And when COVID finally is over it maybe that this diversion to different exercise methods has been for the better for many.

Thank you for the incredible tutorial! I used to do only muscle ups and normal pull ups, but it doesn't stimulate muscle gain anymore. I feel my muscles are stronger after I followed the progression to the archer pull up!

Man i was struggling with progressing my pull ups because i had those door bars but now i finally have access to an actual bar and know i have this video just perfect thanks Chris ❤️

Those doorway bars are for kids. I got the Rogue Mil pullup station and 2 sets of rings, weight vest, dip belt, and some bands. Gornation ftw.

Same goal here, worked my way from 1 to 7 pull ups. But the Form is not perfect 😅

You can do it ! I Started at 0 and now i can do 10 . Its important to not lose motivation and keep going

I think Chris Heria workouts are the best i think he is the best out there i have been doing his workouts and his only and im doing outstanding i would like to visit his gym one day. Chris is the Man!!!

Well i used to play football in Greece and my lower body still has a lot of strength,in addition to my upper body! I got inspired by you Chris , and i joined Callisthenics one month ago.I am full dedicated and have seen huge results in my body shape and strength. Also watching and following by letter your nutrition advices. Thanks a lot man,you're doing a really great job and as always keeping it simple. Keep motivating us the way you know brother.

high pull up is essentially a muscle up. ive only ever seen. ONE person do a one armed muscleup

@@hemithayk2136 there """"lots"""" of people Who can do the One arm muscle up (like 1000-5000 in the world counting bad form ones? Maybe less) but definetely more than One. Also One arm High pullups are possible and One arm lsit pullups are too but idk about One arm l sit and explosive, probably the best you can get Is chest to bar which would still be crazy
