Man your production values are off the hook. Like seriously, the timelapses, the actual stsructure of the content, the redbull segments. That bit at the end though explaining the pallet shortage (which I wasn't aware of either tbh) - that was epic. I reckon you could easily do a video just using those paper cutouts and explain things like certain capentry tricks, etc. Awesome work!

Thanks so much man. That really means a lot, I have been trying to change things up a bit 👍. I am glad you liked the cut outs. Oh that's such a good idea.

PHENOMENAL! Don’t know how you quit coffee during this massive task. I’m exhausted from just watching you. Very informative about the pallet shortage too. 👍

Thank you. I don't know how I gave it up either. 👍

I really enjoy your videos. You have so much energy. With your knowledge you should work for some companies that need help with the shortage. Sometimes it just takes the right person.

I think reusing Pallets is super creative! I think they'd be great to use for so many projects, I think I may use this advice to make a small garden with the pallets palings! Also I hope you're okay after all those energy drinks!!

A garden bed would be lovely, made out of palings. I am okay 🙂 just needed to cut back on caffeine for a bit.

I had no idea there was a pallet shortage. It’s not surprising but still kind of surprising

I was surprised too. Then I realised, oh yeah, that makes sense. I am going to cherish my pallets even more now 👍

You definately could use a pallet buster tool. Much easier than a crowbar.
@NikitaMaree4 ай бұрын
Thanks Steve. I don't really like pallet busters that much. I find that I end up with a lot more split boards. Same for most others I have spoken too, who have also used one. The crowbar is quick and efficient if you know how to use it 👍

a lot of hard work - its nice to see the reuse of the wood though. too many Red Bulls - but I dont like those anyway. I like the quickness of how you strip each pallet though.

That's a lot of pallets! The shortage definitely makes me look at them differently now. I can still find some in my area thankfully. Hubby's workplace sets them out for free and a local business at the end of the road does too. What do you plan to do with them? I cant wait to see those videos!
@NikitaMaree2 жыл бұрын
So glad you can still manage to get some pallets. With these ones, I am doing a large feature wall. So I will have a few videos coming on getting the wood prepared for that. 👍

@@NikitaMaree Is pallet wood treated to withstand weather?
@NikitaMaree2 жыл бұрын
No, soft wood pallets are made as cheap as possible. If I intend on using them outdoors I either oil the project or give it a clear coat. 👍

Thats a lot of palletts to do! Maybe companies should look into using more plastic pallets for smaller items/stores? I'm in the UK and worked in a warehouse, we had plenty different types. The plastic may be more expensive at the start, but once made they can be re-used for decades without harming the trees/environment. I'm sure there was some company that used recycled plastics as part of theirs but idk about in america
@NikitaMaree2 жыл бұрын
I definitely agree. Pallets that can be used over and over again would be much better.
