Warm up before each exercise.
EXERCISE 1:
Barbell Bench Press
4 sets of 8-10 reps
60-90 second rest in between each set
EXERCISE 2:
Dumbbell Incline Chest Press
4 sets of 10-12 reps
60-90 second rest in between each set
EXERCISE 3:
Dumbbell Flys
3 sets of 12-15 reps
60 second rest in between each set
