Incline Bench Press
4-10 sets pyramid reps going up to max effort then drop weight and perform as many reps as possible
EXERCISE 2:
Standing Shoulder Raise
4-10 sets pyramid reps going up to max effort then drop weight and perform as many reps as possible
EXERCISE 3:
Trap Bar Deadlifts
2-3 sets at 80% max weight
