Pumpkin and oatmeal! The famous pumpkin pie that melts in your mouth!
Recipe 1:
500-600 g pumpkin.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Pumpkin has a very good effect on the skin and strengthens the immune system.
Water.
5-6 pieces of dried apricots.
Fill with water.
Cook pumpkin until soft.
150 grams of oat flakes.
3 eggs.
Eggs should be at room temperature.
2 tablespoons stevia.
A pinch of salt.
250 ml milk.
Vanillin.
Add oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Use baking paper.
Place 2/3 of the pumpkin in the pan on baking paper.
Dried apricots.
Fill with dough.
Add the remaining pumpkin and dried apricots.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
