Arlene, I loved this breed but I would like to suggest lining the pan with banana leaf which should really add more flavor and aroma.

Yes, we do. WE (and by this I mean the ole ppl like my gran) would "patch" the flour to make the most delicious flour porridge, and parsad. Only as an adult did I figure out they meant parch the flour, remove all moisture from, and perhaps add a tinge of colour to it. Girl Arlene, I get ya! Lol
